I bloghopped and saw Zhanhong's blog, where he showed the different stages of his life, and it occurred to me how time flies, and I mean it. Time passed so quickly, we have all grown up.
In 2003, the first time I set foot in JSS, I swear I hated the school to the core. Only 10 from Juying Primary came to Jss, and none were my close friends. The first friend I made in Jss, was Atiqah. haha. We were like the 'tallest' in class then, and I have yet to warm up to the classmates. Slowly, I made friends, like Siti Fatimah, Fadhilah, Sabrina, and yes, Amelie Lee Jing Wen. I don't know how things went, but all that matters were, the friends I made then, are still my friends and will always be. We've seen each other grow, from the selenge old days to present us. Fat is always warm and nice, and shares stories with me (: Fad tells her mom everything, and I think, I can be her mom's friend too, or her family friend, since I've warmed up to her family. Amelia is the first chinese close friends, who is anti-social, too practical to be true, loves technology, stone-hearted (haha), kind of the opposite of me. Sabrina is one of the best to bitch with, haha, its real funny how we 'talk about people' and she is hardworking.
Friends from Red Cross goes a long way. Celeste, whose English I always make fun of, but still she is a good friend. Jessica, the one I always tease for her oh-so-colourful bras, which stood out in our school house t-shirt. Sarah Lee Shi Qi, who is at time kancheong, and naggy, and annoying, friendship with her is a Love-Hate one, but still, we're still friends, and will still be. Aeryanna, the one whose personality differs greatly from me, but still, time with her was fun, especially when we gang up to disturb/annoy Sarah. Not forgetting friends like Linda, who I see everyday now, because we work together. LowZuhui who is always giving mean but hilarious comments, discriminating people's size, who is just fun to talk to anytime any day. The juniors, like Syafiqah,Derong,Naf, Dorisa, Awaliah, Fara, who were the hyper ones, and of interesting characters. I miss Red Cross a hell lot, I do, despite the proposals and intensive planning we have to do a instructors, despite the scoldings and punishment we got as cadets. I miss everyone so much.
In 2005, we had UG Camp, Weijian was in my group, and I was a strict leader. LOL. I don't know how it went, but he's my godbrother, and he an undiscovered philosopher (: Conversations with him, are nice, maybe sometimes complicated, because, his thinking is may more matured as compared to his age.
In PJC, I had nice friends too. Nurul Syuhaidah, who understands things even I can't figure out, whose personality clashes with mine. lol. Sitt who is unique in her own ways, Ika the happy-go-lucky one. Yingmin, the Jap fangirl, Keyan the blur one, Chienhui the funny one, Deb, who marathons many many shows online. Weidi, Kuo Un, the guys in S09. Life in PJ was different from Jss, but the friends somehow lessen the 2years torture we went through.
The furthest from memory will be the primary school days, with Aqilah, Atiqah and Hanisah. I've lost contact with everyone except Aqilah, yes, I meet her atleast once a year, to go out, shop and just random things. I spend very little time with her, but I sure hope the friendship will last.
Reminiscence. When we were young, we were too eager to grow up, and now, we have grown, holding bittersweet memories in our hearts forever. The little regrets, the eyecandies in school, the scandals, the exam grades, the crushes, the moment-of-folly, everything has played a part in shaping us. I've learned, and will hold dear all the friendships I made.
Things money can buy, I've got a plenty. My mood has been like these, for the past few days.
Till then (: Bye.
what you've always wanted
